Health & safety disclaimer

  • KNWIT Weight is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
  • The app is intended for informational and lifestyle-supporting purposes only.
  • Always consult a qualified doctor or other healthcare professional before starting fasting, changing your diet or adjusting your exercise routine.
  • Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information shown in the app.
  • Fasting and intense exercise are not suitable for everyone; you are responsible for assessing what is safe for your own situation together with a professional.

Liability

  • You use KNWIT Weight entirely at your own risk.
  • The developer cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, injury, health impact or loss resulting from the use of the app.
  • All numbers, suggestions and insights in the app are approximate and should not be treated as medical or nutritional prescriptions.
  • You remain fully responsible for your own health decisions and for verifying information with a professional where needed.

Data & privacy

  • KNWIT Weight is designed as a local-first app: personal data needed for core functionality is stored on your device.
  • No account is required for normal use of the app.
  • Your weight data, journey data and other personal content remain local unless you explicitly choose to share them.
  • The app does not upload personal weight or journey data to external servers for its core functionality.
  • The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase Analytics) to collect anonymous or pseudonymous usage statistics to understand app usage and improve functionality and stability.
  • Firebase Analytics is not used to read private local content such as notes, photos, weight logs or journey logs.
  • Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment and billing transaction data are handled by Google Play, and the developer does not store payment card details.
  • You are responsible for securing your device (for example screen lock or encryption) to protect access to the app.
  • Personal app content stored locally on your device is retained until you delete it from the app, reset the app’s data, or uninstall the app.
  • You can delete your locally stored app data at any time by uninstalling the app and, where available, by using in-app reset or deletion options.

Locally stored user content is not retained by KNWIT Labs after it is deleted from the device. Anonymous or pseudonymous analytics data collected through Firebase Analytics is processed under Google Firebase retention controls and is not used to access or reconstruct private local content such as notes, photos, weight logs or journey logs.
